Kanefusa's proprietary flattening and surface grinding methods ensure plates that are distortion free and have uniform thickness.
In addition to these features, after years of research, we have found a laser pattern that allows to reduce the plate thickness, without
compromising its lateral stiffness and ability to run straight. Into the laser slots, polymers are injected, which reduces vibrations
that cause high tone noise, structural damages or the carbide grain and a waving cut.
In average of the kerf of a Stable saw blade is 20% thinner compared to regular saw blades. This also created less cutting pressure,
which relates to better material recovery rates, cut surface quality, noise and tool life.
Stable saw blades are used to cut nonferrous metals such as Aluminum, Copper or Brass.
- Better material usage and less waste
- Less cost for swarf recycling or disposal
- Excellent cut finish especially when cutting this walled extruded materials
- Quieter cutting
