Consequently, the knives require careful maintenance and lifetime is rather short.
In order to overcome these problems, Kanefusa has developed a technology, where the carbide and the steel substrate are chemically bonded.
Because neither the carbide nor the steel substrate is exposed to excessive heat, the knives are completely free of internal stress.
