VITECH HS stands for a new and special manufacturing technology as well as new material structure of a High Speed Steel (HS*) knife.
VITECH HS is brazed a clad HS material. Compared to HSS knife, the life time is about 1.3-1.5 longer.
From the result of the user test, wear progression is less compared to HSS knife after 1000 cut. The life time of the knife edge keep longer and it saves the grinding cost and time.
